InsightOut Journeys Terms and Conditions

Specific terms and conditions will apply to your trip.  When you register for your event you will able to download a copy of the terms and conditions.  You will also get a copy of the forms that need to be turned before your journey starts.

Your Itinerary:

Event itineraries are always subject to change and improvisation. On any journey, surprises happen. Often we need to be flexible to take advantage of opportunities or challenges that come our way. These changes could include different hotels, visits to different cities or following a new thread.  Changes caused by unforeseen situations or other circumstances are not cause for a refund.  No refunds are given for uncompleted events.

Physically demanding:

 Some parts of these events are physically demanding.   For example, we might have a climb to special view point up a steep hill.  You also might  be standing, listening to guides and walking on uneven cobblestone streets, for several hours. So please be aware that these events can be physically challenging and do not put yourself where you might be overly challenged.  Ultimately, you are responsible for your own physical well being. 

All IOJ events are non-smoking event.
